Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the apkkiss platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any downloadable application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is between you (the "Player") and apkkiss (the "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using all apkkiss services. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register an account with apkkiss, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion program, whether administered by apkkiss or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You have not previously had an apkkiss account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid contact email address. apkkiss reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a copy of your MyKad or passport — to verify your identity at any time.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account with apkkiss. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, apkkiss reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• Void any bets placed and cancel any pending withdrawals from duplicate accounts.
• Permanently ban the player from registering any future account.
• Withhold and forfeit any bonus credits or promotional winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. apkkiss will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

apkkiss reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other conduct that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

All transactions on the apkkiss platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local and digital payment methods to make banking as convenient as possible for players across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, and the rest of Malaysia, including:

• Online banking transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank
• E-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost
• Cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). apkkiss reserves the right to request documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to verification status and payment method availability.

apkkiss offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus credits that expire unused will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• apkkiss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Any winnings derived from bonus credits that were obtained through fraudulent means or policy violations will be voided and forfeited.

Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

All bets placed on the apkkiss platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports betting market. Players are encouraged to review the rules for each game type — including slots, live dealer casino, Sic Bo, sportsbook, and basketball betting — before wagering real money.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets on sporting events where you have insider knowledge of a fixed or manipulated result.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any strategy designed primarily to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.

apkkiss reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or human error. In such cases, affected players will be notified and the stake refunded to their account balance.

All content on the apkkiss platform — including but not limited to the logo, trade name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of apkkiss or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the apkkiss platform or its content without prior written consent from the Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apkkiss shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the apkkiss platform or any of its services.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any game results or betting market data.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your account where such access was not caused by apkkiss's own negligence.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit apkkiss's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

apkkiss takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide all registered players with a suite of tools designed to help maintain control over their gambling activity. These include:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automatic alerts when you have been playing for an extended period.
• Cool-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all apkkiss marketing communications for a minimum period of 6 months.

Continued use of the apkkiss platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the apkkiss platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
